TFG brought you INSANITY, THE LOCKDOWN LEVEL UP CHALLENGE, THE ACCELERATOR CHALLENGE and now its time for push you further for one last time in 2020 - past the point of Insanity to THE ASYLUM.
Insanity Asylum uses high intensity, cross training workouts to challenge the body and help you achieve top results in as little as 21 days. It will help increase speed, power and strength, while also improving coordination and agility. Asylum is based on the training concept known as the athletic matrix.
How long does the challenge last?
Your "therapy" will last 3 weeks. Starting on October 12th and ending on 31st. "Sessions" are Monday-Saturday.
How long are the workouts?
The "sessions" are between 30-50 mins and there will be some homework thrown in as well to really push you past your comfort zone!
What are the times of the classes?
We offer two sessions of "therapy" to choose from. 10am and 6pm (both the same "treatment") - if you cant make those times you have the option to catch up but you will need to provide a session card to your "therapist" that you completed your "treatment". Beware - those who do not complete the sessions will not be able to leave THE ASYLUM - EVER!!
What equipment do I need?
You can choose to do this workout body weight only but to add intensity you have the option to add dumbbells and resistance bands into this challenge.
I have pre-existing injuries - are there options?
Yes, there are lots of modifications to choose from including no jump.
